General Information
Summary Cytotoxicity of cyO2, cyO9, hyen D and kB5 and their mutants on HeLa cells.
Condition Refer "Cytotoxicity Study" described in the method part (Huang et al., 2021).
Result Half maximum cytotoxic concentration (CC50) of peptides on HeLa cells: cyO2: 1.05 ± 0.06 uM; [I11G]cyO2: >64 uM; [I11L]cyO2: 0.95 ± 0.08 uM; cyO9: 2.35 ± 0.13 uM; [I11G]cyO9: >64 uM; [I11L]cyO9: 1.06 ± 0.03 uM; hyen D: 0.85 ± 0.03 uM; [I11G]hD: 50.2 ± 4.61 uM; [I11L]hD: 0.70 ± 0.02 uM; kB5: 3.11 ± 0.20 uM; [I11G]kB5: >64 uM; [I11L]kB5: 4.31 ± 0.48 uM. The results show that [I11L]cyO2, [I11L]cyO9, [I11L]hD and [I11L]kB5 retain the cytotoxicity of cyO2, cyO9, hyen D and kB5 on HeLa cells respectively.
